What You'll Be Doing:
Online admin task from the sales perspective, such as:
- Handle all online channels that are available at titipbelin such as online chat, whatsapp and social media.
- Informing the product from titipbellin to the community or targeted leads
- Serving consumer needs, including Finding information about products that consumers want
- Coordination with purchasing team related to communication with overseas sellers
- Coordination with the operational team regarding the update of goods that are allowed and not allowed to be imported.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Bahasa
- Active in social media.
- Everyone who want to be part of our family are welcome!
- Fluency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (other google or microsoft office softwares will be a plus!
- Detail oriented, organized and fast to adapt person.
- Ability to work with data and details in fast pace environment.
- Resourceful.
- High initiative and self-driven person

- Willing to work in Yogyakarta.
